The waiting list for Northwest Gardens IV located at 1204 NW 8th Street in Fort Lauderdale will be opening on November 6th at 9:00 am. Preliminary applications must be completed online. The Head of the Household MUST be 18 years of age or older. The application process will be closed after 60 two-bedroom, 50 three bedrooms, 25 four bedrooms and 20 five bedrooms eligible applications have been received. To be eligible to be placed on the waiting list, the family composition MUST have a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of four (4) members for the two bedrooms, a minimum of five (5) and maximum of six (6) persons for the three bedrooms, a minimum of seven (7) and maximum of eight (8) persons for the four bedrooms, and a minimum of nine (9) and maximum of ten (10) persons for the five bedrooms.

The total household annual gross income must not exceed the very-low income limits for the appropriate family size as listed in the Income Limits Table on the PDF file linked below. Click below for more information.
