THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE IS OPENING THE WAITING LIST FOR SAILBOAT BEND I, AN ELDERLY DESIGNATED PROJECT BASED DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 425 SW 4TH AVE, FT LAUDERDALE, FL 33315.

Preliminary applications must be completed online beginning Monday October 12, 2020 at 9:00 AM.

The applications will be closed after 150 applications have been received.

To be eligible to be placed in the waiting list, the family composition MUST have a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) members. The Head of the Household MUST be 62 years of age or older. The total household annual gross income must not exceed the very-low income limits for the appropriate family size as listed in the Income Limits Table appearing at the end of this Public Notice.
