30 May Housing Choice Voucher 2023 Payment Standard (Updated)

Effective August 1, 2023, HACFL will use different payment standards in each of designated zone areas. Owners and tenants can identify the applicable payment standard area using the ZIP code where the unit is located. Payment standards are used to calculate the maximum subsidy that the PHA will pay toward rent and utilities for families with Housing Choice Vouchers.
