01 Jul New waiting list for Rock Island Apartments opens July 17th at 9am

Applications for family apartments located at located at 2340 NW 16th Street in Fort Lauderdale can be submitted beginning July 17th. The waiting list will be closed after 75 one-bedroom, 150 two-bedroom applications have been received. To be eligible to be placed on the list, the family composition MUST have a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) members for the one bedroom, and a minimum of (2) and maximum of (4) persons for the two bedrooms. The Head of the Household MUST be 18 years of age or older. The total household annual gross income must not exceed the very-low income limits for the appropriate family size as listed in the Income Limits Table on the PDF files linked below.
