08 Jan Alan Apartments waiting list enrollment info

You can apply for the waiting list for Northwest Gardens I (Alan Apartments) beginning January 15th, 2026. All applications must be made online.

Preliminary applications will be closed after 100 applications have been received. To be eligible to be placed on the waiting list, the family composition MUST have a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) members. The Head of the Household MUST be 62 years of age or older. The total household annual gross income must not exceed the very-low-income limits for the appropriate family size as listed in the Income Limits Table appearing at the Public Notice’s linked below.
