You can apply for the waiting list for Northwest Gardens V (Sunnyreach Acres) beginning Wednesday, April 8, 2026. All applications must be made online.

Preliminary applications must be completed online beginning Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The applications will be closed after 250 applications have been received. To be eligible to be placed on the waiting list, the family composition MUST have a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) members. The Head of the Household MUST be 62 years of age or older. The total household annual gross income must not exceed the very-low-income limits for the appropriate family size as listed in the Income Limits Table appearing at the end of this Public Notice.
