ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER
Property Management Department seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a LIHTC apartment community located in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Responsible for assisting the Community Manager with all facets of the daily operation of the property. Duties will include, assisting with staff management, marketing, leasing, renewals, collections, and financial reporting. Must have outgoing personality, strong communication skills and be able to multi-task.

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the agency with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry.
COMMUNITY MANAGER

Areas of responsibility include, not limited to, Leasing, Maintenance, Personnel Management, Day to Day Financial Operations. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE
The Housing Authority of the City of Ft. Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to lead and manage maintenance operations across its residential apartment complexes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of structural engineering, as well as a proven track record managing maintenance teams and overseeing property systems in compliance with local regulations and best practices.
JUNIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Housing Authority of the City of Ft. Lauderdale is seeking a full-time Junior Maintenance Technician. This individual will work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor for the overall upkeep of the grounds and common areas of the properties and will also assist with basic maintenance tasks and preparation of vacant units.
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Maintenance Supervisor the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs including internal unit repair, external property repair, common area maintenance, and preventive functions. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and repairs of the maintenance staff. This position will also respond to emergency maintenance/repair service calls. All work will be done in compliance with OSHA safety rules and regulations and agency policies and procedures.
OCCUPANCY SPECIALIST – SECTION 8
The Occupancy Specialist performs complex administrative work of considerable responsibility. Work involves frequent public contact in which administrative/disbursement of federal funds decisions are made, complex regulations are explained, and technical information is analyzed. Most work is performed independently.
RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Tenant Outreach Resource Coordinator performing general office, reception, administrative, and clerical assignments. Public contact is required. Work involves operating a multi-line phone system, providing information, explaining policies and procedures to Agency clients and the general public, transferring phone calls to the appropriate department and assisting with administrative and clerical tasks.
